Direct Booking Terms & Conditions

Our Guaranteed Best Rate means that we want to ensure we provide the Best Prices and Services for our Guest who book directly with us,
as a thanks for your support
.

If you find a better Rate after making your Direct Reservation with us, we will match the Rate and give an extra 15% Discount
as a Thank You for helping us to keep offering the Best for our Guests.

For your request or claim to be fair the following conditions must apply:

  1. Guarantee only applies to Direct Reservations made
    through our www.sensimarsamui.com website.

We cannot offer any compensation when reservations have been made and confirmed with other websites and travel agents.

  1. The following details must match in your Rate comparison:
  • Same Period of Stay
  • Same Time of Booking (Rates are available at the same time).
  • Same Room Type
  • Same Reservation Conditions including Deposit/Payment Terms, Cancelation/Amendment Policies, etc.
  • All Taxes and Service Charges must already be calculated and included.
  • Rates must be available via Instant Online Reservation Confirmation as per our website.
  1. The following sourced Rates do not apply
    as they are unpublished and not available to all:
  • On-Request Reservations
  • Member rates
  • Private or Agent rates
  • Corporate rates
  • Group rates
  • Coupons or Reward Scheme rates
  • Package or Bundled rates *see #4
  1. Rates that are bundled with included additional services such as transfers, spa treatments, Early Check-In, Late Check-Out and//or food and beverage benefits, are considered as packages. Packages can therefore only be claimed against identical packages available on other websites. All other Guaranteed Best Rate conditions must also apply.

  2. Prices must be compared in Thai Baht with a maximum allowance of 0.5% for currency conversion.

  3. All claims must be made within 24 hours of confirming your Direct Reservation with us.
